Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

INSTORE

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase and may only be returned as store credit.

In order for your return to qualify you must: 
- Have all tags attached
- Never been worn or show signs of ware
- No perfumes or makeup / stains on garment
- Like new condition

NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for:
* SALE ITEMS
* HOME DECOR
* CANDLES
* JEWELRY
* ACCESSORY ITEMS

  • ALL Sale & Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

NO CASH REFUNDS EVER!

Online Orders

All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days upon receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will be responsible to call and pay for the shipping back to you.

  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return. 
  • Approved Returned refunds will be issued a digital gift card. No Cash back. All refunds will be issued as a store credit.
  • Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back. We have unique one of a kind pieces that go fast!
  • ALL Sale & Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-5 business days for it to be processed and for the store credit to be applied to your customer account. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed by our returns department once your store credit is issued to that customer account!

Instore Returns follows the same rules as the online return policy!!

 

Steps to Return Items:

  • Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
  • Make sure to create a customer account
  • Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs.) We do also recommend getting a tracking number!
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
