CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:

Part-time Sales Associates and Models (12-20 hours per week)

Part-time Store Manager/ Team Lead (20-30 hours per week) Must have social media experience and at least 2 years retail experience 

To be considered for positions:

  • Must be available to work on Saturdays.
  • Must be 17 years of age to apply
  • Retail experience is preferred for sales associate positions.

🛍️ Customer Service

  • Greet customers as they enter the store
  • Answer questions about products, sizing, and availability
  • Help customers find items and make recommendations
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally

💳 Sales & Checkout

  • Operate the cash register or POS system
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Promote sales, discounts, or loyalty programs
  • Upsell or suggest additional items to increase sales

👕 Merchandising & Store Appearance

  • Restock shelves and organize displays
  • Fold, hang, and arrange merchandise neatly
  • Set up promotional displays or seasonal sections
  • Keep the store clean and visually appealing

📦 Inventory Support

  • Receive and unpack shipments
  • Tag and label products
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
  • Assist with inventory counts

🧠 Product Knowledge

  • Learn about the products to better assist customers
  • Stay updated on new arrivals and trends
  • Understand pricing and promotions

🔒 Store Operations

  • Follow store policies and procedures
  • Help open and close the store
  • Maintain security awareness (prevent theft, report issues)

📱 Social Media & Digital Engagement

  • Assist in creating content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Capture photos/videos of new arrivals, displays, and in-store events
  • Engage with customers online by responding to comments and messages
  • Promote new products, sales, and events through social posts and stories
  • Help maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and voice
